Most home sales include fees related to title insurance, escrow, recording, and notarization. These are the costs for the services required for you to transfer ownership of your home to us.
You will be responsible for the closing fees, we cover everything else, including the inspection costs and agent/broker compensation. Most iBuyer programs require a transaction fee (can range from 7-11%), but we do NOT!
